Job Summary
The Behavior Interventionist provides direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings, delivering skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, collecting data every session, and reporting concerns to the clinical supervision team. Responsibilities include maintaining client data sheets on our online platform, communicating progress to parents/caregivers, applying safe behavior modification strategies, ensuring HIPAA compliance, keeping a clean and organized therapy environment, and pursuing ongoing ABA knowledge through trainings. The role requires travel between client sites within a 25-mile radius, reliable transportation, and adherence to organizational policies and ethics; lifting up to 50 pounds and varied physical postures may be required during therapy sessions.

- Must be able to travel between different job sites within 25 miles of your home address
- NPI Number Required
- Registered Behavior Technician Credential Preferred
- CPR or BLS Certification Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
