Job Summary
The Behavior Interventionist delivers clinical ABA services in 1:1 and group settings across home, community, center, and school environments, collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction, and reporting concerns to the clinical supervision team within 24 hours. Responsibilities include administering clinical duties and case management, maintaining client data and confidentiality per HIPAA, communicating progress to parents/caregivers, utilizing safe behavior modification strategies, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, participating in staff trainings, and traveling between job sites within 25 miles. Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Certifications: CPR/BLS and Registered Behavior Technician credential preferred; NPI number required. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, assume varied postures, and have reliable transportation. California driver’s license preferred if commuting to client locations.
