Job Summary
In-home ABA therapy role providing one-on-one sessions with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring and documenting client progress, collaborating with families to enhance therapeutic outcomes, and providing training to parents on behavior management techniques. The position requires participation in team meetings, adherence to relevant regulations and ethical standards, and ongoing professional development. Compensation is described as flexible hourly pay with opportunities for training and RBT certification.

- EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES OR BEHAVIORAL CHALLENGES

- ABILITY TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY IN A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM
