Job Summary
ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy for children with autism (ages 2-9) in home or clinic settings, with M-F 12-3 hours and a $500 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy, drafting progress reports to senior health professionals, helping develop communication and socialization skills, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and contributing to a play-based, joyful environment. Training and supervision from BCBAs are provided; opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, 401k with match, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications include positive, patient, creative approach; driving requirements (valid license and vehicle); degree in related field preferred but not required. Location: Stoughton, MA (hybrid remote/work arrangement with center and home-based options).
