Job Summary
Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease those impeding learning, safety, or social opportunities. Collect and submit data on an electronic data system while maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. Follow patients' treatment plans under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Golden Care Therapy delivers home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We seek ABA Therapists and RBTs to join our team, offering tuition assistance, ongoing training, and opportunities to lead RBTs or transition to full-time roles.
