Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with afternoon hours. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, be goal-oriented, and maintain professionalism. Must have 2 years of ABA experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work on the road delivering services to clients with autism. Flexible, part-time schedule with afternoon hours, supported by a team of BCBAs, and opportunities for growth in the ABA field. RBT training is provided; benefits are available for full-time employees seeking additional opportunities. Schedule includes Monday to Friday with choose-your-hours flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years ABA experience
