Job Summary
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy as an RBT, collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions. Work with a collaborative team of professionals (BCBAs) and maintain professionalism, strong written and verbal communication, and excellent time management. Flexible, part-time schedule with afternoon hours; driving to client sites required with a reliable vehicle. RBT training offered with opportunities to grow in the ABA field, and compensation includes bonuses. Experience in ABA or with autism is required; schedule is choose-your-hours with on-the-road work.
Required Qualifications
- ABA Therapy: 2 years (Required)
- Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
