Job Summary
Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease those impeding learning or safety. Collect and submit data on an electronic system while maintaining clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration. Follow patients' treatment plans under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). This role offers a supportive team environment with tuition assistance, ongoing training, and a sign-on bonus. Opportunities exist to lead RBTs or transition to full-time positions. Flexible scheduling is available, with potential for evening or after-school hours.
