Job Summary
Deliver staff training on implementing behavior support plans and assist with skill assessments, intervention materials, and training needs under supervision of a BCBA/clinician. Collect and analyze behavioral data using Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) systems to inform treatment decisions; communicate client progress clearly; maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards; participate in supervision and team meetings; pursue credentials (RBT strongly encouraged) and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree in Psychology or a related field
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in the intellectual and developmental disability community
- RBT certification preferred
- Experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS)
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 1 year driving experience
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
