Job Summary

Provide home, community, and clinic-based support to individuals aged 15 months to 20 years, teaching goals and skills outlined in treatment plans while implementing behavior strategies developed by the clinical supervisor. Insure the health, safety, and well-being of clients, complete required session notes and data, and attend clinical meetings and trainings. Work in a team atmosphere alongside BCBAs, Early Intervention staff, and families using Natural Environment Training and evidence-based approaches. Valid driver's license and own vehicle required; pay ranges from $23-26 hourly.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field
  • Registered Behavior Certification may substitute education requirement
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational skills and flexibility
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, and high degree of professionalism
  • Valid Driver's license and own personal vehicle
  • Ability to drive, walk, stand, and climb stairs in office and variety of community-based and home-based settings
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
