Job Summary
ABA Technician at Northeast Arc in Methuen, MA responsible for delivering home-based ABA services to children aged 0 months to 3 years within home and community settings. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by the BCBA, collecting and documenting data, attending trainings and supervision, ensuring client health and safety, and collaborating with BCBAs, Early Intervention staff, families, and caregivers. Opportunities to work across multiple programs and age groups, with initial and ongoing training and RBT certification. Compensation includes $23-26/hr with potential sign-on bonus up to $2000; flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, per diem); paid drive time and mileage reimbursement; comprehensive benefits. All-female led department; travel to various service locations in Eastern Massachusetts; on-site and community-based work; driving and mobility requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field required
- Registered Behavior Certification may substitute education requirement
- Valid Driver’s license and own personal vehicle
- Ability to drive, walk, stand, and climb stairs in office and variety of community-based and home-based settings
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
