Job Summary
Provide home, community, and clinic-based support to individuals aged 15 months to 20 years by teaching goals outlined in treatment plans and implementing behavior strategies developed by the clinical supervisor. Insure the health, safety, and well-being of clients while completing required session notes, data collection, and non-clinical paperwork. Attend clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and individual supervisions. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for onsite work in Burlington and surrounding towns.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field
- Registered Behavior Certification may substitute education requirement
- Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational skills and flexibility
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, and high degree of professionalism
- Valid Driver's license and own personal vehicle
- Ability to drive, walk, stand, and climb stairs in office and variety of community-based and home-based settings
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
