Job Summary
ABA Technician delivering home, community, and clinic-based ABA services for individuals from 15 months to 22 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Work alongside BCBA/LABA, Early Intervention staff, families and caregivers to implement treatment plans, collect data, and support clients through Natural Environment Training in Beverly and surrounding Eastern Massachusetts locations. Responsibilities include teaching goals, attending clinical trainings and meetings, maintaining session notes and data, ensuring client health and safety, and driving to various sites. Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or related field (RBT certification may substitute), a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50lbs. Flexible full-time or part-time onsite roles available with opportunities across multiple programs and age groups.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field required
- Registered Behavior Certification may substitute education requirement
- Valid Driver�s license and own personal vehicle
- Ability to drive, walk, stand, and climb stairs in office and variety of community-based and home-based settings
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
