Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies. Collect and record data during sessions while fostering communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive home-based environment. Collaborate with the clinical team and caregivers to support the client's progress. This 12-hour weekly schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. RBT certification is a plus, though experience working with children is preferred.
