Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior; directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team; accurately record session data using electronic devices; foster a positive learning environment and collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness; services occur in clients' homes or community-based locations; all positions start part-time with paid training for RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment
