Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment and connecting with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations. All positions start part-time with a minimum six-month commitment, and candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. No prior experience is required, as paid training is provided.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
