Job Summary
Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences while leading a team of behavior technicians. Average 26 billable hours per week with reduced targets during shorter weeks, maintaining autonomy over supervision schedules and case design. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary clinicians—including occupational therapy and speech pathology—to create individualized care plans. Focus on quality over quantity within a value-based care model reimbursed by outcomes rather than session volume. Advance through BCBA levels I through IV, with productivity targets reduced to 22 hours at levels III and IV to support leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
