Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision for case consultation and guidance while managing administrative tasks with hybrid flexibility. Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners, care coordinators, and BT managers to support sustainable, ethical practice across neurodevelopmental disorders. Lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing as a BT Trainer, utilizing internal CEUs and company-wide meetings for continuous learning. Progress through the clinical ladder from BCBA I–IV into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles within a unified team of doctors and therapists.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human services or a related field
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
- This position requires the successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review

- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification
