Job Summary
Supervisee with 85% of fieldwork hours accrued (1700/2000 hours completed) and all restricted hours finished provides early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans while allocating 8 hours weekly off direct care to work on BDS modules. Collaborate with BCBA's and the team to support core values. Sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining. Requires proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program. Earn $24-30 hourly with guaranteed 32-40 hours weekly, potential wage increases, and bonuses up to $1,500 annually. No-cost supervision hours included.
Required Qualifications
- Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
