Job Summary
ABA Student Analyst role in a center-based early intervention program. Provides early intervention therapy to children ages 18 months to 13 years, collects data, implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA, collaborates with BCBA and team, and allocates 8 hours per week to work on BDS modules; objective includes sitting for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining. The role includes guaranteed hours, career growth tracks toward BCBA, supervision hours, tuition/CEU support, and various benefits. Requires enrollment in a master’s program and accrued fieldwork hours; prior BT/RBT experience and supervision hours are relevant. The position emphasizes clinical development under BCBA supervision and a path toward BCBA credentialing.

- Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
