Job Summary
BCBA Intern role within Action Behavior Centers’ Rising Stars program. You’ll supervise and contribute to fieldwork hours for BT/RBT candidates, provide center-based early intervention therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans while coordinating with BCBAs. The position supports enrollment in an accredited master’s program, supervisory hours toward BCBA certification, and a pathway to BCBA with salary progression, including a $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Currently BT or RBT
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable Masters program
- Experience or readiness to accrue supervision hours toward BCBA
- Interest in becoming BCBA with pathway and salary progression
- Ability to provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Experience collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Ability to collaborate with BCBAs and team
- Willingness to allocate time for BDS modules and BACB exam preparation
