Job Summary
Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years; collect data and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA; collaborate with BCBA team; allocate 8 hours per week to BDS modules; sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining. Offers guaranteed hours, structured career growth, supervision hours, CEU opportunities, and family/financial support as part of the Rising Stars program.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in accredited/master's program in applicable field (ABA/Applied Behavior Analysis)
- Accrued fieldwork hours (e.g., 1700/2000)
- Proof of enrollment in accredited master’s program
- Completed 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000)
- All restricted hours completed
