Job Summary
BCBA Intern role joining Action Behavior Centers as part of a graduate program pathway. You will supervise and support fieldwork hours (1700/2000), provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA colleagues. Requires enrollment in an accredited master’s program and completion of supervised hours; offers a guaranteed pathway to BCBA certification with a corresponding salary trajectory and bonuses (e.g., BCBA Pass Bonus) and generous benefits. Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- - Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- - All Restricted hours completed
- - Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- - Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- - Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
