Job Summary
ABA Scheduling Coordinator role focusing on creating and coordinating weekly schedules for therapists and clients, matching based on location and therapy needs. Responsibilities include entering client and staff availability into scheduling software, providing schedule updates via phone/text/email, communicating with insurance companies regarding benefits, evaluating staffing needs with recruiting, tracking department metrics, and completing special projects. 100% remote work environment with paid time off and comprehensive benefits; Spanish-speaking required to communicate with Spanish-speaking families. Experience in scheduling, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Google Suite are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of scheduling experience (ABA scheduling highly desired but not required)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; ability to learn new software systems
- Availability to work an 8-hour time period between 700am - 5:00pm PST
