Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions, serving as an integral member of the clinical team for direct implementation of skill building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment and collaborating with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations, requiring reliable transportation and a calm demeanor. All positions start part-time with a minimum six-month commitment, and candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. No prior experience is needed; paid training is provided for those passionate about helping children with Autism thrive.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- Reliable method of transportation
- Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Minimum 6 month commitment required

- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
