Job Summary
Oversee Applied Behavior Analysis therapy delivery by conducting field visits, reviewing client data, and monitoring progress to ensure treatment fidelity. Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, including regular observations of sessions and parent training on behavior interventions. Analyze data to determine intervention effectiveness, make program modifications as needed, and adjust goals and teaching strategies under clinical direction. Stay current with ethical guidelines and legal regulations from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. This part-time role requires a Master's degree in ABA or related fields and active pursuit of BCBA certification. Minimum 30 hours weekly with at least 25 billable hours; occasional weekend availability. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel between client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field
- actively pursuing BCBA certification and demonstrate progress toward meeting BACB eligibility requirements
- Two years of experience in ABA or a related field
- willing to undergo a criminal background clearance
- proof of a negative TB test
- pre-employment physical exam
- immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster Virus
- reliable form of transportation
- valid driver's license

- Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to frequently transition between floor and standing positions throughout the workday
- Ability to actively engage with children and move quickly within home, clinic, school, and community settings
- Ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviors and implement behavior intervention strategies
- Ability to lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices
- Ability to travel between client locations
- minimum of 30 hours
- at least 25 of the 30 hours must be billable
- Occasional weekend hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services
