Job Summary
Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to a child in Matawan, NJ, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA; teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills; collect data and document session progress; collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team; maintain professionalism and confidentiality; part-time evening schedule (6:30 pm–8:30 pm) in a home-based setting; position as RBT/Behavior Technician with LBAPS; salary $25.00–$28.00 per hour; high school diploma or GED required; RBT certification preferred but not required; BCBA supervision provided; training and RBT certification reimbursement available.
