Job Summary
Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings while collecting accurate session data and entering documentation into Rethink within 24 hours. Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans and participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process. Communicate professionally with families to report observations to the supervising BCBA. Requires minimum six months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities and current RBT certification.
