Job Summary
ABA Paraprofessional providing one-to-one ABA therapy to a 10-year-old non-verbal child in Neptune City, NJ. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA and teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills. Collect data and document session progress; collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team; maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Part-time role with a schedule Monday/Thursday/Friday 3:30pm–6:30pm. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED; RBT Certification preferred but not required; strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus; must pass background screenings. Competitive pay $25.00–$28.00 per hour; BCBA supervision and RBT training available; job growth opportunities.
