ABA Intake Coordinator (Mexico | Remote)

Job Summary
Contact prospective families following online sign-ups to conduct intake screenings, gather missing information, and confirm eligibility. Accurately record and manage intake data in Salesforce, converting qualified leads into opportunities while transitioning them to the benefits verification and authorization team. Proactively re-engage inactive families to maximize conversions and provide compassionate support throughout the process. Offer flexible availability during evenings and weekends as needed to capture leads in real time. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in patient intake, customer service, or healthcare operations
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic, patient-centered support
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience with ABA (Autism) therapy or healthcare intake strongly preferred
