Job Summary
Apply ABA therapy methods to teach life skills and help children and teens achieve their goals. Carry out behavioral treatment plans, assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and money management, and transport individuals to appointments and community outings. Collect observational data, complete necessary paperwork, and communicate with residents, families, and guardians. This role involves 3pm-11pm shifts at Bancroft's Lindens Center for Autism in Mt Laurel, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program
- Have completed a minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field
- Looking to fill 3pm-11pm shifts
