Job Summary
Apply ABA therapy methods to teach life skills and help children and teens achieve their goals. Carry out behavioral treatment plans, assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and community outings, while collecting observational data and completing necessary paperwork. Communicate regularly with residents, families, and guardians to support transitions to other residential environments. This role involves 11pm-7am shifts from Tuesday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program
- Have completed a minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field
- Want to make a difference in the lives of autistic, intellectually, and developmentally challenged individuals
- Looking to fill 11pm-7am shifts (Tuesday-Saturday)
