Job Summary
Facilitate quality behavioral health services by serving as a liaison between clients and service providers while supervising, training, and managing direct service staff. Maintain related treatment services and program documentation to accrue fieldwork hours toward the supervised requirements for BCBA licensure. Engage in hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from supervising BCBA professionals within a rapidly growing organization. This role supports individuals pursuing a master's degree in ABA, offering tuition reimbursement and flexible scheduling built to meet staff needs. Full-time weekly billable minimum is 30 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master's program, pursuing BCBA credential
- Accruing or looking to accrue fieldwork hours toward the BCBA credential
- ABA experience
- Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Access to high speed secure internet
