Job Summary
Apply ABA therapy methods to teach life skills and help children achieve their goals while carrying out behavioral treatment plans. Provide assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and community outings, then collect observational data and complete necessary paperwork. Communicate daily with residents, families, and guardians to support transitions to other residential environments. This role requires 3pm-11pm shifts on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- currently enrolled in a four-year degree program
- completed a minimum of 60 credits in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Human Services or a related field
- Looking to fill 3pm-11pm shifts (Tuesday, Friday & Saturday)
