Job Summary
As a Case Supervisor at Alora Behavioral Health, you will lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee client services, and assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans. This role requires strong collaboration with families and clinical teams to ensure clinical quality and compliance. Candidates must possess a master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related fields, have at least two years of relevant experience, and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within assigned areas
- Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements
Desired Qualifications
- BCBA coursework units preferred
