Job Summary
Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians while overseeing services for clients as a Case Supervisor at Alora Behavioral Health. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans in partnership with families. Ensure clinical quality and compliance with funding sources while contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Requires a MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within assigned areas
- Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements
Desired Qualifications
- BCBA coursework units preferred
- Experience with individualized behavior intervention plans
