Job Summary
As a Case Supervisor at Alora Behavioral Health, you will lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, oversee services for clients, assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and partner with families through training and communication. This role requires a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services. Key responsibilities include ensuring clinical quality, documentation, and compliance while contributing to a culture of excellence.
Required Qualifications
- MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas
- Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements
