Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. This entry-level, part-time role offers paid training and is suitable for individuals pursuing education or related fields; no experience required. The position starts part-time with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism
- Paid training offered
- No prior experience required
- Must take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum 6 month commitment
