Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings, following individualized treatment and behavior plans; perform data collection and participate in staff/team meetings; lift up to 50 pounds and travel between client sites with reliable transportation; must have valid driver license and auto insurance; background/fingerprint clearance and TB vaccination requirements; CPR training provided; RBT credential or BCAT required at hire with company-provided training; 18+ with HS diploma required, some college or related degree preferred; salary $25-$30 per hour with full-time benefits including PTO, holidays, health care, 401k, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT)
- High School diploma OR 18+ years old
- Minimum 1 year related experience with children with autism spectrum disorders (preferred)
