Job Summary
ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) position providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or community settings. Responsibilities include delivering therapy per behavior plans, accurate daily data collection, attending team meetings, effective communication with team members, and ensuring safety (lifting to 50 pounds) while traveling to multiple sites with reliable transportation. Requires RBT credential (or BCAT), 18+, high school diploma, 1+ year related experience preferred, willingness to travel, background/fingerprint clearance, TB testing, CPR training provided, and valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Pay $25-$30/hour with benefits for full-time role and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (training provided by the company)
- To be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma
- One or more years of related experience with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Work with children on the floor or at small tables
- Demonstrate good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, bilingual is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT)
- One or more years of related experience with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or coursework in psychology/early childhood education/development or related field preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
