Job Summary
ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) role supporting individuals with autism across client sites. Implement ABA therapy programs under a BCBA, collect accurate data during sessions, and address challenging behaviors with positive behavior support strategies. Work with clients in home, community, school, or clinic settings; support caregivers; maintain timely session notes and timecards; collaborate with Supervisors and clinical teams; participate in shadowing and overlap sessions for new hires. Requires high school diploma or GED; opportunities for growth and BCBA supervision hours; paid training and flexible scheduling (afternoon/evening sessions).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College coursework in progress or completed (preferred)
- At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, not required)
- Availability of at least 15 hours per week during afternoons/evenings
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance (paid travel time provided)
- Ability to pass background check, TB test, physical/Fit for Duty exam, and provide or obtain proof of required immunizations
