Job Summary
ABA Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting individuals with autism across home, community, school, or clinic settings. Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision, collect accurate data during sessions, address challenging behaviors with positive behavior support, support caregivers, maintain session notes and timecards, and collaborate with Supervisors and clinical teams. Role involves paid training (approximately 60 hours), flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time with typical shifts 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm), potential BCBA supervision hours, and benefits including paid sick leave and tuition discounts. Requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 18+, valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and ability to pass required health and background screenings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check, TB test, physical/Fit for Duty exam, and provide or obtain proof of required immunizations
- Availability of at least 15 hours per week during afternoons/evenings
- 18 years or older
