Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision; implement ABA techniques, follow individualized treatment plans, teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured environment; conduct assessments, collect data, track progress, and maintain detailed session notes; collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team; communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress; participate in ongoing training and professional development; part-time role with availability in evenings and weekends; ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, organized, and able to adapt to each client’s needs. Salary range $22-$28 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred, but not required
