Job Summary
Implement ABA therapy techniques under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision by providing one-on-one sessions to children with autism. Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills while conducting assessments, collecting data, and tracking progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to review progress and modify treatment plans, and communicate regularly with parents regarding goals and strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes. Requires high school diploma; previous ABA experience preferred. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends available.
