Behavior Technician providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Implement ABA techniques, follow individualized treatment plans, teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills, collect data, maintain thorough documentation, collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team, and communicate progress to parents/caregivers. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
