ABA Behavior Technician or RBT after school and weekends

Deliver in-home and center-based ABA therapy to children ages 2-18 under supervision of a BCBA. Implement individualized ABA treatment plans, teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills, and use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors. Collect accurate real-time data on client progress, prepare materials, maintain detailed session notes and documentation, and track skill acquisition and behavior trends. Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, participate in team meetings and trainings, and provide caregiver feedback under BCBA guidance while upholding BACB ethical guidelines and client confidentiality.
