Job Summary
Behavior Technician role focused on ABA therapy services and Marketing Outreach: conduct face-to-face visits with physicians, nurses, and office managers to educate about Lighthouse ABA services; build and maintain relationships with clinical staff to encourage referral partnerships; distribute marketing materials and educational resources; gather office needs feedback and relay it to internal teams; maintain accurate visit logs in CRM. Requires strong communication, professional demeanor, ABA knowledge (preferred), and ability to manage a territory with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate complex information to medical professionals
- Knowledge of ABA terminology and office workflows (preferred)
- Organization and time-management skills
