Job Summary
Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by providing one-on-one sessions to children with autism. Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills while conducting assessments, collecting data, and tracking progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to review progress and modify treatment plans, and communicate regularly with parents regarding goals and strategies for generalization. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and participate in ongoing training to enhance professional skills. Availability includes flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
