Job Summary
Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy to children 18 months to school age in a center-based setting; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized therapy plans; apply creativity in therapy using play-based and naturalistic approaches; guide children's progress in educational and social settings; document and track development; embody Lighthouse values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment. This role offers paid training, a defined clinical career path with and without advanced degrees, internal opportunities, a robust benefits package, PTO, and a schedule Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends. Requires 18+ and an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, with safety requirements including a background check and drug test.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs. able to sustain impact
- Full range of motion of hands and arms
- Background check and drug test at time of hire
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
