Job Summary
Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision by providing one-on-one sessions to children with autism, teaching social and communication skills, and conducting assessments to collect data and track progress. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to review treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions. Communicate effectively with parents regarding goals, progress, and strategies for home generalization while participating in ongoing professional development. Availability includes flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
